Bank confirmations of all deals placed. | Depending on the institution you will receive a Bank Confirmation via email between one and ten days from when the deposit is placed. They are also stored within AMM. |
Notifications of upcoming maturities. | Each Monday you will receive a report detailing all client maturities during the following week. You will also receive an email the day before each maturity (if we have not already received instructions from you). Find out more. |
Bank Product Disclosure Statements relating to client investments. | At the time the deposits are placed. |
Bank welcome letters (ING, Macquarie and Rabo only) sent directly to clients. | After the deposits have been placed. |

What information can I access for tax purposes at the end of the financial year?
We provide a full history of financial transactions at the end of the financial year. This can be downloaded online including the corresponding bank confirmations in one ZIP file.

What reports are currently available to me?
You are currently able to download an audit certificate, interest summary and customer report which you can access under the "Reports" tab online.

How do you access the contracts history for a client?
Once you have logged in, select the Account Name from the Accounts Page, then you can access it from the Current Investments Page by clicking on "Contracts History" in the sub-menu.
