Setting up client accounts

The next step is to login to the platform and complete the online application form to set up your client accounts.

Create an Account

The initial application is completed online with a choice of cash management accounts for term deposit settlement

Click on the "Accounts" tab and then "Add New Account". This will take you to the online application form where you have a choice of cash management account options. If your client has an existing cash management account, this can be linked.

Once all the information has been entered, print the application form by clicking on the link. Your details will be pre-populated. Check all the details are correct and gain signatories from all relevant parties. You will be required to provide proof of identification of the account.

You will then be asked to create an account. This will store all the information you have entered onto the site and create the account for you. Please note that you will not be able to deal, until the cash management account has been opened on behalf of your client, and funds have been deposited.
